Founder
Former Redbull player, current NYCFC academy coach, founder and CEO of SEFT.
David Cardenas
Sporting Director
David oversees the sporting side of our pyramid. From our youth players to our first team players, David oversees all player development and operation.
Marco Campos
Youth Programs Director
College coach and director coaching. Marco coordinates and manages all our youth partnerships in the tri-state area.

We are the best in the business because we know what top programs look like. We will help you structure your program to help you stand out! From coaching education to program model and pathway. We got you!
Staffing
Our coaches and trainers are all mentored and trained by MLS Academy coach and SEFT owner, Bonny Londono. Our staff is US Soccer Licensed and can help your travel and rec programs!
