We are back to providing the best club neutral training program in the country! Our sessions are the best fit for players looking to work on their individual craft outside of their normal team environment! This year we will be bringing SEFT Select to Bergen County through our partnership with AYSO Bergen County, as well as East Brunswick through our partnership with East Brunswick Soccer Club!

Our Session Structure

Fundamentals

Every session will be focused on a specific soccer fundamental that will help you at the next level! From body shape to scanning, we got you covered!

Bravery and Confidence

The second and third phases of our sessions will consist exercises that will help our players' 1v1 confidence and decision making using game related situations.

Small Sided Games

We will finish each session with small sided play. These intense games will help our players' speed of play and decision making under pressure.

Program Details

Our SEFT Select training will begin on September 11th at 6 pm! Our program will focus on serious players born in 2014 to 2008. This fall we will run our eight 90 minute select sessions which will be followed by our first team league play for our players to watch and support! Our training location is 44 Park Ave, Nutley NJ!
