Take your game to the next level this winter!

Each session is designed by founder, Bonny Londono!

We are back this winter to provide the best club neutral training program in the country! Our sessions are the best fit for players looking to work on their individual craft outside of their normal team environment! This winter we will be bringing SEFT Select to Lyndhurst at Empire Sports Training! Our winter program will be 6 weeks long starting on January 19th for players born in 2015 and 2014!

Our Session Structure

Fundamentals

Every session will be focused on a specific soccer fundamental that will help you at the next level! From body shape to scanning, we got you covered!

Bravery and Confidence

The second and third phases of our sessions will consist exercises that will help our players' 1v1 confidence and decision making using game related situations.

Small Sided Games

We will finish each session with small sided play. These intense games will help our players' speed of play and decision making under pressure.

Program Details

Our SEFT Select training will begin on January 19th! Our program will focus on serious players born in 2015 and 2014. Our SEFT Select training will take place at 525 Riverside Ave, Lyndhurst NJ! We hope to see you there!
